Organizations often identify several areas that need attention at the same time. A strategic plan may need to be updated. Policies may no longer reflect how the organization operates. Data may be inconsistent or difficult to use. Privacy practices may need to be clarified. CRM systems may not support the way relationships are actually being managed. Governance, fundraising, communications, and internal processes may all be moving in different directions. AdvanceU can your team help bring those pieces together.
Depending on the scope, the work may include strategic planning, policy review and alignment, governance processes, data structure and use, privacy practices, CRM configuration and workflows, fundraising systems, communications processes, roles and responsibilities, implementation planning, and the tools needed to support the work.
The goal is not simply to fix one isolated issue. It is to make sure the plans, policies, systems, information, and people supporting the organization are working together. We work alongside your team to identify where the gaps are, determine what needs to change, build or refine the necessary tools and processes, and help move the work through implementation.
AdvanceU will meet with you and submit a project proposal tailored to your organization’s campaign needs. Preferred partner rates are available for smaller organizations. Applicable taxes apply.
