Why I do what I do
“We believe in perfect moments, limitless generosity, and unstoppable magic. We create our world.” This is the moto that we created as a cohort while completing the Master of Arts in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University and it still rings true for me today. Through my 16 years of work in Higher Education, I have come to deeply appreciate the value of fostering strong and inclusive communities, the importance of building collaborative relationships, and the tenacity, resilience, and creativity of people when empowered to overcome obstacles and achieve their greatest potential.
As a Servant Leader, my passion lies in using my talents, skills, knowledge, and leadership to serve, support, and empower the people and communities that I work with.
