From the age of 12 to 22, I worked part-time in the hospitality industry as a server. My job was the early morning breakfast service. I viewed my responsibility to not simply deliver food, but as an opportunity to create a welcoming experience for each person. This set a positive tone for everyone to start their day. If each of us viewed every interaction as a chance to positively impact others, the world would be a much better place.  

Not much has changed for me since my first work experience. My nearly 25-year track record, in large complex organizations as a senior leader and executive in fundraising, marketing, performance metrics, and community engagement has focused creating positive impact and opportunities for others to live their best life.
