Why I do what I do.
Creating opportunity for people to change their world, is a big driver for me. I have spent my career seeking roles that can give me a chance to empower people and ensure that there a place for everyone around the table. I am passionate about about the need address the many ‘isms’ that sadly still exist in our society. My experience has taught me to start from a position of listening and learning, so we can build a path forward together that is meaningful for you and the communities you serve.Â
